Automator & RSS

I'm trying to get Automator to download my RSS feeds and I can't do it. I want to download and compile these RSS articles and put them into a folder somewhere on my computer.

However, I can't find a pre-made workflow that does this task. I've tried micmicking a similar workflow where you "get images from webpage," but this doesn't seem to work either.

Little help?
