Q: OS X Yosemite Background cutted?

I am wondering why my background picture (the standard os x yosemite mountains) seem to be cutted on my Macbook Air (13")...I want it to look like here at the Apple page on all macs. How can I adjust/adapt it, so that it matches perfectly?

MacBook Air, OS X Yosemite (10.10.2)

Would you post a screen shot so people can see what you are seeing? Make sure you cover any personal information using Preview. Post the screen shot in a Reply using the camera icon or you can drag the screen shot into a reply. Copy and paste doesn't work.

Well I can't do a screenshot, cause the file would be bigger than the max. of 2mb, but here I've got an identical pic:h.jpg

It seems that both sides (right and left) are kind of cutted in comparison to the 'original' background which we can see at the apple page. It just seems that my screen isn't wide enough to show the hole background..

    Hi,

Lots of pics are selected or set up for "Widescreen"

In most cases this will be a ration of 16:9

However not all screens will actually be this ratio.

On my Mavericks Boot I get and option to " Fill Screen " as a drop down that includes other options.
