MY IPHONE6 STARTS over and over again with red screen or blue screen, can it be replaced ?

Sorry, but in that case you'll have to bring it back to the USA to get it serviced. The warranty for an iPhone is not internationally and only valid in the country of purchase.

Since Apple does not accept international shipments, you can't send it directly to Apple. Only solution would be sending it to a trusted person in the USA and ask them to bring it to an Authorized Apple Service Provider or Apple Store to get it serviced or replaced.

Sorry, but we are all users here, just like you, from all cover the world, this can't be done.

If there are no chances that you will be traveling to the USA during the time of warranty of your phone, your only other chance would be looking for an experienced 3rd party iPhone repair shop in your country. But once they touched the phone to fix it, not even Apple USA will service the phone after that. Letting a 3rd party service the phone will void the warranty and service options given by Apple.
