I see what you're referring to about the decoration. Since it's the Letterpress type the decoration is on the stock itself and that's why it's not included in the pdf file. Try creating a pdf from any of the other letterpress styles. You'll get the same thing. With the raised portion of the letterpress style one can't print reliably to it so it's added to the stock. The portion where we add photos and text is flat and smooth allowing for good printing.

No, not from the pdf image for self printing. The decoration is on the stock used by Apple to print the card. So ordering from Apple in your area will provide a card with the decoration shown in iPhoto.

You're right about the location. It appears that you'll have to get it printed locally without some of the added decorations or choose a different card type, anything but Letterpress.
