Has anyone been able to extract file Installer_For_iTVDownloader.exe on a macbook pro? It's software to download itv programs from itvplayer (probably obvious...)
I've tried 'Unarchiver' but it doesn't work. I'm on Yosemite 10.10.2, 1333 MHz DDR3, 2GB memory.
Hope someone can help!

Unless you are running windows on your Mac, you can not use that file, as it is a Windows executable.
Thanks stedman - thing is Unarchiver has been able to open other .exe files, e.g for firmware for my Samsung tv so it's a bit mystifying!
Regardless of whether or not Unarchiver can extract it, you still can't run exe files on Mac OS.
I understand why now - some exe files are apps and some are self extracting files. Thanks
