Eligibility for Apple Employee Discount

I am planning to buy a new MacBook Pro 13 Inch with retina Display for college whose cost comes to $2349 ( with estimated tax ), I have a cousin who works for Apple,

Here are my Questions :

1. Am I eligible for the discount which he gets?

2. Is an Upgraded Macbook Pro ( Better Processor {i7} and more RAM [ 16GB ] ) eligible for discount?

3. Can the invoice be under my name or has to be under my cousins name?

4. Can he ship it to me directly? ( In USA to my Uncle whom I'll be visiting )

Just to clear a few things :

a.) I am from India and Apple in India doesn't offer customised Mac's and that's the reason why I am planning to get it from the USA, also Apple doesn't give International Students Discounts on Apple Education Store ( <-- Please Correct if wrong ).

b.) Apple India for a very limited time does offer student discounts but as I said they sell 3 Pre Configured Mac Models and no customisation is possible as there is no Apple Online Store for India, only resellers.
