Your receipt from the Apple Store should have all the needed details about it, if not call Apple Support and ask them.

Apr 2, 2015 5:55 AM in response to boz_kurtby FelipeV,Apple does not offer blacklisting. Some carriers do (and usually if you buy the phone from them). Since Apple is not a carrier, and you did not use your phone with carrier (yet), you are out of luck. Contact the police...
