Q: After installing update 8.2 my bluetooth doesn't identify devices. It only connects to the ones I had previously saved. Anyone experiencing this?

I believe the update 8.2 did something to the Bluetooth feature on my phone as well other iPhones 6. I performed a factory reset and still didn't work. Anybody that has encountered this and managed to fix it?

iPhone 6, iOS 8.2

Hi Cassie1528,

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities. Based on what you stated, it sounds like the device is not recognizing bluetooth devices. I would recommend that you read this article, it may be able to help the issue.
