Is it possible for deleting all the apps from the appstore which are showing up in the apps not on my phone section. Before I was able to delete them from itunes but now I am not able to find that option.

You can hide them via your computer's iTunes : iTunes Store: Hiding and unhiding purchases - Apple Support

The 'x' might not show on their top left corner (it might be invisible), but clicking where it should be should hide the app.

You can delete downloaded apps from your device by pressing and holding them on the device's homescreen, and you can delete them from the Apps section of your computer's iTunes library.

I am trying to delete apps of an older iPad my daughter uses and the "X"s are hidden and I can't do it fro, iTunes. Can someone help me?

Check if the iPad currently has Settings > General > Restrictions > Deleting Apps set 'off' - if it has then turn it back 'on' and you should then be able to delete downloaded apps (built-in apps can't be deleted)

So, when I delete them from my iPhone, will it delete them from iCloud as well?

Deleting an app from your phone only deletes it from the phone, it will still (assuming that it's still in the store and you haven't hidden from the cloud) show in the cloud for redownloading

You can't delete apps from the cloud, you can only hide them

Show where on your phone ? They will continue to show in the Purchased tab in the App Store app for redownloading (unless you hide them or the developer removes them from the store)
