Since 8.2 neither FaceTime or iMessage will connect. I have tried reset and time zone. Any other ideas?

No. I have raised a call with Apple...they have run diagnostics and confirmed that there is an issue....they had taken a number of similar calls. They are working on a solution. Thanks for your help.
I'm glad they are acknowledging they have a problem. Mine stopped working on the 20th of March.
I had installed 8.2 prior to that but don't remember when. My friend's AppleID works on my iPad for message and Facetime, but mine doesn't work on hers.
