Apr 12, 2015 12:22 AM in response to 'shanaby Dogg1o,No. I have raised a call with Apple...they have run diagnostics and confirmed that there is an issue....they had taken a number of similar calls. They are working on a solution. Thanks for your help.

I had installed 8.2 prior to that but don't remember when. My friend's AppleID works on my iPad for message and Facetime, but mine doesn't work on hers.
