iOS 8.2 - Bluetooth Connectivity and Battery Drain Issues

I am using a clam case keyboard. And have started see connectivity issues after upgrading to ios 8.2

Have tried restarting Bluetooth, restarting iPad as well as pairing the device again. It doesn't help.

was looking to restore to ios 8.1.3 back-up but have lost the back-up

Appreciate, any suggestions on how to sort this out?

Another issue is that the battery is draining out too quickly

Is there anyone else facing such troubles?

Does Apple plans to sort these issues?
