My wife's Macbook pro is getting a virus notification from http://www.groundrealty.co.in that we can't escape out of. We can force close safari but the notice pops up again when safari is re opened.

My wife's Macbook pro is getting a virus notification from http://www.groundrealty.co.in that we can't escape out of. We can force copse safari but the notice pops up again when safari is re opened. There is a number to call but I suspect it is a scam...But we can't escape out of the warning or use safari.

Disregard. I found the solution on line. This is fraudulent. To escape out of the virus pop up close down safari , hold the shift key while reopening safari. Safari will try to open based on the previously visited website. By holding the shift key while opening safari it prevents this action.
