I believe it must have something to do with my i phone, as soon as i open it up it says, sign into i cloud with your Apple ID password.
I have gone to settings and when I come to i cloud it says it is upgrading, from the info you kindly sent, it says to delete the app. Could you help me please?

It may ask for security questions that only you can answer. Verify that everything looks OK.
