I have changed my apple id password numerous times, but FaceTime, I Cloud and I Tunes still won't accept it!

What happens when you sign out of FaceTime, for example, and sign in again using your updated credentials? You ought to be able to use the same Apple ID and password you used to log in to this support site.

I believe it must have something to do with my i phone, as soon as i open it up it says, sign into i cloud with your Apple ID password.
I have gone to settings and when I come to i cloud it says it is upgrading, from the info you kindly sent, it says to delete the app. Could you help me please?
