Q: Unable to make in app purchase

I Have a large credit that is much more than the item requested to buy.... But i get a message that says unable to allow purchase?..???

    hy everyone

    i got the same problem

    i've got an account with enought money to buy gem  in a game but when i try, i got an error message : impossible to do it please contact apple store assistance, but the strange thing is that i can buy things from itunes store or apple store :/ it doesn't works just for in app purchased

    please if someone can help me

    Have you done as message tells you and contacted iTunes Support ? If not then see my first reply on this thread

    I had the same problem. Go to settings, general , restrictions and enable restrictions and in app purchases. Fixed.

    I had the same problem and tried the following workaround which worked:
    1. Go to Settings

    2. Click on the iTunes and App Store tab

    3. Tap on Password Settings

    4. Select 'Require After 15 Minutes'

    5. Exit and go and try your purchase.

     

    You can reverse all of this later, especially if you are not the only one using the device. Cheers
