Making the "Print Screen" button on a Logitech keyboard function

I have a USB Logitech ergo keyboard with a printscreen key. Does anyone know of a way to hook the key to the shift-command-3 function? It seems to be quite useless as it stands.

MacBook, Mac OS X (10.4.8)

(Edited) I thought I had it; I can overwrite the existing shortcut to get what I want but I'd like to add the new key rather simply override the existing screengrab combo.

If the key is recognized on your Mac, then you should be able to set it to the screen shot function using the Keyboard Shortcuts tab in the Keyboard and Mouse preference pane.
