Q: copy lists, task from one to other computer

I want to use ARD on different Mac's as an administrator. That went smoothly until 10.8. So simple plist could be copied by the user / preferences and the whole folder, task structure and password of each client machine I had again. With 10.9 was then moved under user / library / container. But also went. Now with 10.10 it's different again and now I cold not do it longer. If you want to create all the lists manually, ARD crashes repeatedly. Go import list not grade the first time must ARD will be closed and reopened. Otherwise ARD shows the import of the list each client no longer anymore. Only close / open ARD it shows again. Ideal would be ARD data also could store in the cloud or at least that I can take with a single file the whole structure to use it on different computers (home, office and on macbook. ARD at 10:10 not as stable as before. I manage 18 lists and over 300 clients and would be lucky if not export/import list by list, check online status, input all user and password name again if one or more clients comes up.......
