geek squad?

hello. has anyone used geek squad before? any feedback about their service? ive been troubleshooting my computer for a week and have had no luck, and i simply don't have the time or patience to do it myself anymore. i scheduled an appointment with them, but i would love to hear if anyone has used them before. thanks in advance!

Dayna Reilly-

Depends a lot on the local geek squad as to what service you will receive, but if it is a Mac you are probably not going to get very much help.

Are there any Apple Authorized service centers anywhere nearby? Sometimes a CompUSA or something like that? At least you will be paying for someone who should know something. But again, depends on where your location.

Ive heard they really dont know more than basic trouble shooting. But it really depends on your local brance. I personally would stick to apple certified stores.
