Q: Is there REALLY an apple support?  Is there a contact phone number?   I have been trying for 3days with no response to an error codeAFTER they have my money!!!

The OP's problem is that they got the 'purchase could not be completed, for assistance contact iTunes Support' message - is that number applicable for that, or just for device support ?

If that's the case then ok, I wasn't sure whether the phone number could be used for iTunes purchasing issues as well.

No, I didn't see the duplicate post.  However, to the best of my knowledge, that number is valid for his issue as explained by KP.  Of course, what do I know?  I bought a Rambler once!
