Why is my iPhone 6 Plus not ringing on incoming calls... It is only vibrating.

Check the mute switch along the edge, near the external volume controls.

Did you check the setting for "Do not disturb" in the Settings? If activated, the phone will not ring.
Same if the mute switch on the side of the phone is set.
