Anyone have trouble running Parallels 9 on Yosemite 10.10.2?

I just loaded it for the first time and it had me reinstall the Desktop Tools on login. Only to find when it was done and restarted, I could get to the logins screen, but could not get any further, without a light blue screen that just sat there. Redownloading Parellels 9 from the website did not help.

My next step is to try to replace the PVM file from my backup. I'm running Windows 7 on a Mac OS X 10.10.2 client host machine, iMac i3.
