Purchasing an online Apple product available in a different country.

There is a product (Hello Kitty Headphones By Dre. NOT the earbuds) in the online Apple Store that is available in The United Kingdom, but not in the United States where I happen to be. How do I go about purchasing this product from the UK and having it shipped to my country ? Is that possible or allowed ?

So sorry if this is the wrong category 😕 Pretty please point me in the correct direction if you can ^.^
