Whenever i restart my imac to complete the update it gives me an error from the Safari 2015 002 1.0 and turns on again with no update completion! My flash player is also out of date i cant play any video on the internet due to the incomplete update! why?

Sorry I meant Security 2015 002 1.0 not Safari!
Try un-installing and then re-installing.
Hold down the option/alt key while accessing the menu and run System Information. Then go to Installations towards the bottom. If the update is installed, it should show there.
If it isn't installed, try booting into the Safe Mode to install it.
