Sound on rental movie cuts out after 40 mins play

Sound on rented movie cuts out after 40 minutes of play, how do I fix this? Using Apple TV, movie is Pretty In Pink, could the movie be faulty? all other movies have sound with no problems.

You've tried rebooting it : How to restart your Apple TV - Apple Support ?


If it still doesn't give sound at that point then try the 'report a problem' page to contact iTunes Support : http://reportaproblem.apple.com


Or you can try contacting iTunes Support via this page : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption

That implies that it's not the account that you was being used in Settings > iCloud on the phone. If you log into the account on http://www.icloud.com does the phone show on the Find My iPhone section ? If not then it's not the account that you were using on the phone in iCloud
