Already checked Apple specs, but that's for the i5 model. It doesn't say how about the i7 model :S

in the Apple Support article linked above. The 2012 and 2011 models were a mix. Some
were custom configuration or different spec processors, of two &/or four core.
They list my quad core i7 Late 2012 Mac Mini 2.3GHz (server) as well as other models.

to see what ones there are; not sure if there's thermal specifications on that site, tho.
