Hi i need help to reset my passcode, as i have forgot it and i am locket out and cannot get passed it, i have tried all the infor on the net, but still lockout and have to wait for an hour to try again. I have a ipad mini 3

Forgotten Restrictions Passcode Help
iPad,iPod,iPod Touch Recovery Mode
You will need to restore your device as New to remove a Restrictions passcode. Go through the normal process to restore your device, but when you see the options to restore as New or from a backup, be sure to choose New.
You can restore from a backup if you have one from BEFORE you set the restrictions passcode.

Thank for your reply, but tried all that and still no use, i have a old computer running vista so cannot get passed the block, get right to the last part but no good computer is asking for a disc that i dont have to load some files.
