Q: iTunes Has Stopped Working on program start
Recently, whenever I open iTunes, I'm greeted with an app crash and window prompt of "iTunes has stopped working".

Hm, I didn't think a GTX 460 would be that old. What worked for me was the install for older video cards.
iTunes 12.1.1 for Windows (64-bit — for older video cards)
