Does Apple Watch have ankle tracker to count steps?

Does Apple Watch have a bluetooth ankle tracker to count steps accurately? NO IT DOES NOT! Mothers pushing baby strollers, students carrying books or folks holding onto the sides of a treadmill for balance will not have their steps counted accurately on a watch on their wrist! Currently, I am wearing an Up24 on my ankle to count my steps accurately! I would love all the bells and whistles that will come with the Apple Watch but I will NOT buy it if it cannot count my steps accurately. Something on my wrist alone does NOT WORK for real life walking! My wrist doesn't do the walking... my legs do! Hopefully, Apple engineers will add a bluetooth ankle tracker for counting steps accurately. I do not swing my wrist for every step I take... but I do move my ankles!
