How do I find out my DNS servers in terminal.

I know how to do this on a PC with /ipconfig/all in the command prompt but I don't know how to do this with a MAC.

Here's a little trick that I did. Open the Network settings in System Preferences.

Hook machine directly to modem ( no router). Set "configure" to "Using DHCP". I think the DNS servers will show somewhere on the panel. If not, try some different connections.
