Why I didn't get iMovie for free on my iPhone 5s?

It is mentioned on the Apple Site that iMovie and Garageband comes for free with iPhone 5s. But I've to pay 4.99$ for each. Keynote, Pages and Number are available for free. What do I do? I desperately want these apps but I can't pay. Why can't I get them for free when it is mentioned on the Apple's website.
PS: I'm using iOS 8.2 on iPhone 5s

It is only available for iPad. There is just the same kind of FREE button on the iPhone. Hope this helped!

No, I think I've mentioned above that the FREE button here says 4.99$. And if it's only available for iPad then why Apple has mentioned it in Free Apps category for iPhone 5s.
