Q: continuity will not connect

I'm not quite sure when I lost continuity. I'm no longer able to make or receive calls via iMac. Have tried all the troubleshooting options to no avail.

Bluetooth, wi-Fi, iCloud login appear to be okay. Any suggestions as to what I may have missed.
