Q: Not getting group text messages anymore.

I have an iPhone 6 and have not had any issues until this past week.  I am not receiving group text messages.  Folks sending them say the messages do get to other people on the group, but I dont get them.  They say when they send them the message is "green", not "blue".  I do have iMessage turned on.  I have turned it on and off several times to have it re-activate, but still not working.  I can sent group text out, and they go out fine.  And when they respond to that group message its "blue" and I get their responses.  But when they create a new group message, I dont get it and they say its "green".  I am on iOS 8.2.  One person sending me group messages is on 8.2 and another is on 8.1.2 and they I am not getting group messages from either of them.
