I believe the usage agreement only licenses OSX for use on Mac hardware. To get the interface to the Mac Store for any newer version of OSX you have to use an application which itself will only run under OSX.
What are you talking about? What do you mean by "no one here could tell you whether it will work ?"
It's already been stated that OS x only runs on Apple hardware, so I don't know why you would say such nonsense.

What do you mean "no one in here could tell you whether it will work?" We've already said that OS X only works on Apple hardware. You clearly have no idea what you're talking about, so just stop.
This cannot be done unless you have access to a mac, needed to access the mac store. I'm relatively certain this would be against the License for your anything. http://apple.stackexchange.com/questions/128319/official-way-to-obtain-an-os-x-i so-file The post by stuffe This process means you need experience in Mac and Windows (Linux experience comes in handy), as you have to be able to download the installer and extract the .iso image. The point where [if I had a mac to do this] I would use a Linux live disk, but that would void all warranties and licenses.
"Apparently the license is interpreted as "you can virtualize OSX on Apple HW". An interesting take on how VMware uses Mac Minis with ESX to virtualize OSX for their building of Mac products: virtuallyghetto.com/2014/07/… Very interesting read!!"--I think this means there is a 'legal' way to do this via a loophole
This really isn't worth your time, there is no guarantee that this will work in virtualbox, and there are many Linux distros (free/open source) which mimic the look and feel of OS X, are faster, work with non-apple and some apple products, and you don't have to break the rules to use. You can even run them on a Mac. Check out elementary os http://elementary.io/, Ubuntu www.ubuntu.com you can make it look identical to mac or what I use, Debian (not recommended).
Nowhere. Mac OS X only runs on Macs.

I'm using Oracle Virualbox, but it says I need an ISO file or an installation disk.
You can’t get one. As I wrote above, Mac OS X only runs on Macs.

There is actually one way.... I cannot say because I saw it on Wikihow. They didn't say if it was legal or not. So until there is a 100% legal way, you should just buy the new MacBook (2015).
They didn't say because it's not legal.
You will need to buy a Mac before you have OS X.

I think that's already been established here, but thanks for playing.
As others have said you need to buy Apple Hardware to get the OS X Operating System.
Apple manufacture or invest in the parts to create the machine and then load it with their OS.
The option in virtual box if probably there so that if you have a Mac with VirtualBox you can then install it again in a Virtual Machine. to play around with.
You may download Yosemite from Mac App Store, but no one in here could tell you whether it will work.
Maybe you can Google what you want to know.

How?
. Just like you download other apps from mac app store, find Yosemite, download, enter your Apple ID, and just wait.
