Buy an iWork DVD from a source such as Amazon or eBay.

And since it is for Snow Leopard 10.6.8, you will want the Apple iWork 9.1 updater (explicitly for Snow Leopard) applied directly after the iWork '09 DVD installation. Then run Disk Utility to verify/repair your system permissions. Then you should be good to go.
