Q: Battery won't charge! Help!!!!

Hi all

i know you've probably seen this question a million times but I can seem to find a fix!

My girlfriends Macbook won't charge, the mag safe as no light at all and the laptop has no power to turn on (currently flashing with 1 light on the side)

I've tried the MRC reset but that doesnt work, it literally doesn't do anything no flashing lights to confirm reset or anything and I can't power it on to check anything else

help?

Hi Dpalm123,

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities. Based on what you stated, it sounds like the MacBook wont charge and has no power. I would recommend that you read these articles, they may be helpful in troubleshooting your issue.
