I asked my I-Phone to forget a device, how do i get it to repair?

I asked my I-Phone 5c to 'forget' my bluetooth headphone in settings, now it won't appear as an option. Can someone please help me either reset the headphones or make them reappear in settings> bluetooth> devices.
