how to I export my music library on my computer to a sd card

Select all the songs in your library, drag and drop to the SD card in Windows Explorer.

That's assuming that you want your media on the SD card - for example, to make it available to an in-car entertainment system.  If, however, you want to copy the complete iTunes library (database, artwork and associated files as well as media), copy the C:\Users\username\Music\iTunes folder and all its subfolders to the SD card.  This would be appropriate if you're using the SD card to transfer your library from one computer to another - see How to move your iTunes library to a new computer - Apple Support for more info.
