Apr 15, 2015 12:16 AM in response to braden85by RetiredHo,Dear Braden,
I have tried all the tricks but still cannot sync the calendar in my Outlook. I can sync the Contacts and Notes to my iPhone (both 4S and 5). I can also do it for my Android phone for all the Contacts, Calendar and Notes.
I have also tried to disable all my add-in, but to no avail.
Anyhow, thanks for your help.

Apr 15, 2015 3:00 PM in response to RetiredHoby braden85,Hi again RetiredHo,
I understand that you are still seeing some issues with your Outlook to iPhone interactions and syncs. I’ve found two more articles for you that may provide further information for you regarding this issue. First, here is an article about refreshing Outlook to help address this issue:
https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT203216
Secondly, while you have not mentioned if this is an iCloud calendar or not, here is an article that has some more relevant information that you may wish to apply to Outlook to address the issue:
Microsoft Windows (Microsoft Outlook)
After each step, check to see if the issue still exists.
Check the system requirements
Make sure that your PC meets the iCloud system requirements.
Check your Internet connection
- Try to go to www.apple.com. If you can’t connect to the Internet, your iCloud calendars and events won’t update in Outlook. Get help with your Internet connection.
- Try to open a secure website from your PC to see if you can access ports 80 and 443. If the website doesn't open, you don't have access. Contact your Internet service provider for help. Safari requires access to port 443 to push updates between iCloud and your devices.
Check your settings
Open iCloud for Windows and make sure that you're signed in to the same iCloud account that you're using on your other supported devices.
Refresh Outlook
If you recently made changes in Outlook that aren't updating on your other devices (or the other way around), click the Refresh button in Outlook.
Turn off iCloud Calendar and turn it back on
- Close Outlook.
- Open iCloud for Windows.
- Deselect the Mail, Contacts, Calendars & Tasks checkbox and click Apply.
- Wait a few seconds. Select Mail, Contacts, Calendars & Tasks, and click Apply.
- Open Outlook.
Make sure the iCloud Outlook Add-in is active within Outlook
In Outlook 2010 and later:
- Click the File menu.
- Click Options in the left panel.
- Click Add-Ins in the left panel of the Outlook Options window.
- Look at the list of add-ins in the Active Application Add-Ins section.
- Select the iCloud Outlook Add-in.
In Outlook 2007:
- From the Tools menu, select Trust Center.
- Select Add-ins from the left column.
- Look at the list of add-ins in the Active Application Add-Ins section.
- Select the iCloud Outlook Add-in.
Make sure iCloud isn’t your default account in Outlook
- In Outlook 2010 and later, select File > Info > Account Settings > Data Files. If iCloud is listed as the default account in the Comments column, select a different account and click Set as Default.
- In Outlook 2007, select File > Data File Management > Data Files. If iCloud is listed as the default account in the Comments column, select a different account and click Set as Default.
Restart your computer
After you restart your computer, see if you fixed the issue.
Find your calendars in Microsoft Outlook
Learn how to manage Add-ins with Microsoft Outlook.
- Make sure Calendar is turned on in iCloud for Windows.
- Look for your data in the iCloud folder within Outlook. You can also view your data in Deleted Items in your Outlook Folder List.
If you find your calendar data in the Deleted Items folder, it isn’t because iCloud removed your data. When you turn on Mail, Contacts, Calendars & Tasks in iCloud for Windows, iCloud copies your calendar data from the default Outlook .pst file to iCloud. Then iCloud removes the calendar data from the .pst file by placing it in the Deleted Items folder in Outlook. The calendar data then moves to the iCloud data set within Outlook, so that iCloud can push the data to and from Outlook.

Apr 15, 2015 4:11 PM in response to braden85by brunogimenez,We have the same problem and Apple says it can be incompatibility of Exchange Server does not support the update, but how? Before you upgrade to version 8.3 work normally?
Waiting for a solution! -
Apr 16, 2015 6:33 PM in response to brunogimenezby RetiredHo,I have also tried to add a calendar item to my iPhone and then sync it to my Outlook. As expected, the new item fails to show up in my Outlook Calendar. But then I try to remove the item through the iTunes-Info by unclicking the 'sync' option, the item in my iPhone was then removed. When I click this option again, the item then re-appear indicating the item was actually stored in the Outlook Calendar in a secret location.
The sync function was actually functioning, but only that it was stored in a secret location, without appearing in my Outlook Calendar, and all the items in my Outlook Calendar do not appear in the iPhone.
In my Outlook option, I only have only one Outlook.pst as my Calendar.
The above issue could not be removed by re-installing both Outlook and iTunes.
Wonder if the additional details as covered in the foregoing would help.

Apr 28, 2015 1:43 PM in response to RetiredHoby AmishCake,Here is something I just found in another thread that helped one of our users with Calendar sync problems (so far).
Log in to your Outlook web mail on the computer and go under Options > Phone. Remove all phones from that setting. Turn off your phone, then turn it back on and allow it to re-sync. This caused the issue to disappear for now and we are hoping, for good! Best of luck.

May 3, 2015 6:24 PM in response to RetiredHoby winnersq,Just wondering if you resolved this?
I have a similar problem.
I use Outlook 2003 on my Windows PC (Vista) as my 'master' calendar. Every weekend I sync via USB cable both my iPhone 5 and my iPad 2 separately to my PC to download all my appointments for the week ahead. This was working fine until last weekend when my calendars stopped syncing. There is no error message in iTunes but the calendar on my iDevices does not update with new events created in Outlook.
All software is up-to-date and I've tried all the simple fixes found in forums but nothing can get it to work. It has synced fine for the past 2 years but has suddenly stopped.

May 25, 2015 10:21 AM in response to winnersqby RT1225,I just recently had this problem too but it seemed to resolve when I upgraded from IOS 8.2 to IOS 8.3 on my iPhone 5. Now changes to my Outlook calendar appear on my iPhone and changes made on my iPhone appear on Outlook. Hope you have success too.

May 25, 2015 5:00 PM in response to RT1225by RetiredHo,Dear RT1225,
Thanks for your advice.
My IOS software is 8.3.
My problem is still persisting, and I would live with it, as I use another Android phone as my PDA for my calendar.
Most thanks.

May 30, 2015 12:50 AM in response to RT1225by winnersq,The sync is working again now.
It didn't coincide with a software update so don't know how it fixed itself.
Just hoping it stays fixed!
