icloud Password Lost and No answers to Security Questions - HELP!!

We gave a mini Ipad to our 7 year old a couple of years ago for Christmas. We recently had to make some repairs to the screen and had to reset the Mini back to industry settings. We can't seem to figure out what her password was to her i cloud account or the answer to any of her security questions (we think she may have changed them unintentionally as they are listed as the following questions: What is the first beach you went to? What is your favorite children's book? What is the first name of your High school Best Friend?) For obvious reasons (being that she has never been to high school since she is 7) we think she changed this information on her own somehow by accident. I called Apple Support and was escalated to a senior tech, but I have been told that without 2 of these 3 answers she is not ever going to be able to use the hardware again. Her account is tied to my husbands ITunes account and I asked if we could send it to those credentials and was told no. She does not have an email account besides the icloud account that we are missing the password for so there is no way for us to be sent a new one through that route either. I looked high and low for our invoice and haven't been able to locate the physical copy we received when we ordered it. When I tried to find my purchase history on the apple webpage, it only allowed me to view the past 18 months. I am literally at a dead end thinking we are being forced to buy a brand new Mini IPad which we are very unhappy about. Is there anyone who has ran into this issue before?? Any ideas???

I wish that would fix my problem but we have done literally EVERYTHING on that page which is why I ended up on the phone with Apple Support. They told me without a Credit Card we could verify attached to her icloud or a cell phone they could send a text to, they couldn't help me. Obviously, since she is so young she doesn't have either of those things attached to her ID. I just find this so nuts that as a parent, who has tied her Icloud to my Itunes, I can not help her get this reset. It feels like I am being forced to purchase a new mini. Any other ideas?

Well, I don't see the logic of "I am being force to purchase a new mini." That makes no sense. You would have known all this had you read the available information of Apple IDs and iCloud accounts for minors.

You can erase the computer's hard drive and start over. Next time use parental controls and set her up to use a managed account.

I'm rude? "Ever think I might actually know the answer and told it to you?" Your answer wasn't helpful it was just irritating. But it looks like that's your thing so I shouldn't have expected anything actually helpful. But then again, you could have been attempting to say, "Ever think I might actually know the answer and hadn't told it to you?" I'm not sure and obviously, neither are you. If you do in fact know, you can save your expertise. I'll work it out with Apple on my own.
