Ios 8.2 won't download because it says it's already installed

IOs 8.2 will not download because it says that I already have it installed, and I have not downloaded it yet. My phone has the sufficient amount of space. I am not sure if it has to do with the fact that I am trying to install it after a few weeks of its release?
