i keep searching the site for a place or a link to report Fake Apple Repairs Center, but cannot find any information about this,
Does someone know an email address were i can send my complain or report theses findings.

Down in the lower right corner is links for sending feedback. I'd just send them feedback and they can forward it to the appropriate department.
You could also call your local better business bureau and turn them in. If it's a matter of false advertising then you may get a faster response alerting local authorities.
