I have bought MINI JAMBOX in NYC Apple Store during my trip last year in may (I'm French) but I don't find the invoice and I need it for the guarantee because it doesn't work now...How can I do ?

Contact the Apple Store ( yes in NYC ) and see if they can email you a copy ,did you not receive an email invoice just after making the purchase last year

I haven't receive an email invoice last year...and I don't find an adress email to contact the Apple Store in NYC...
you will have to call them ,they do not do emails
