Apr 7, 2015 11:00 AM in response to MAPB48by MAPB48,I reboot everything and nothing seems to make it work. I don't use it a lot only when I try to use Amazon Prime from my devices since Apple TV doesn't have this App like Netflix, Hulu or HBO NOW. Frustrating...

Apr 7, 2015 11:30 AM in response to MAPB48by Winston Churchill,Try the following steps, check whether things are working after each step where appropriate, before trying the next.
- Check AirPlay is turned on on the Apple TV (turn it off and on if it already is)
- Check that both devices are on the same network (Settings > Wifi, on the mobile device and Settings > General > Network, on the Apple TV).
- Restart the Apple TV (Settings > General > Restart).
- Restart the Apple TV by removing ALL the cables for 30 seconds.
- Restart your router. (Also try removing it’s power cord for at least 30 seconds)
- Restart your mobile device.

Apr 10, 2015 9:46 AM in response to MAPB48by tonycrespo,Try checking for updates, On our Apple TV's there was a check mark on "Update Automatically". I never thought that an update was available until i checked for them and installed an update. It is now working perfectly fine.
