Can I deactivate the passcode for my 5S when I'm using a Bluetooth?

I bought a Bose bluetooth earpiece to use while driving when I had my 4S and it always worked flawlessly, but now that I got a 5S, it requires me to take out my phone and unlock it using my passcode to do the Text-to-Speech function when i get a text message. I really don't like distractions when I'm driving, but for my job I frequently need to communicate. Is there a way to disable the passcode when I'm receiving text messages?
