i have an iphone 6, can i use it as an ipod? Can i unlock with itunes to use it? It´s locked with telcel? Thanks.

No unlocking is necessary. You can use the phone without cell service just fine.
Just remove the sim card.
it doesn´t work when i sync with itunes the iphone, it says connected but it doesn´t finish the last step to use it as an ipod.
That has nothing to do with it being an iPhone or locked to a carrier (Telcel).
The last step would be to sync thew music over. You may need to restore the iPhone if it is hanging when syncing the music. Or it may simply be taking a while if there is a lot of music to sync.
Other than that, there´s nothing special that needs to be done tho an iPhone to use it like an iPod. Though it would be a very very expensive iPod.
