How do I cancel HBO Now?

I just signed up for HBO Now and it installed correctly on my iPhone and everything is running smooth. When I click on a video it tells me it is not available in my region. I looked it up and it is only available in the US. Since it will not work for me and it said that it will auto renew how do I cancel the membership? I signed up on iPhone but I can use a laptop if need be.
