PLEASE HELP!!!!! This site is not user friendly and I need help. I get a error message that read JavaScript error.... Line number 1, what does this mean and how do I fix it?

This indicates that the web site and your web browser are not fully compatible. Is the machine a Mac or a PC? Which web browser (name/version) are you using? Have you tried another browser?
