WWhen is Apple going to fi the clock glitch on the 5c? None of the solutions work. Apple fix this!!!!!!!

if you hardware problem with your phone, make an appointment at the Genius Bar at your local Apple Store.

iOS is the software, if you believe you have a software problem, restore the phone as new. Don't install any third party apps. Test for a day or two. If you still have a problem, it is most likely hardware and then, if you want Apple to fix it, you will need to make an appointment to have it serviced.
