Tee zoom turns on even when the phone is in my purse and in lock mode. I can't find out out to fix. It is an iphone 6 with an 8.02 operating system.

It sounds like the Zoom accessibility feature of your iPhone is unexpectedly turning on.
You may want to try using iTunes to turn off this feature, using these steps:
- Connect the device to any computer with iTunes.
- Select the device when it appears.
- Select Configure Accessibility on the device summary page:
- Select Neither to disable zoom:
- Click OK.

You may also want to restart your iPhone after changing this setting by holding the Sleep/Wake button until the red slider appears, then sliding to power off, and then pressing the Sleep/Wake button again.

My phone locks after 5 mminutes (settings) The problem is that the zoom comes on ** itself even whenit is in my purse and there is no way to unlock the phone and fix the problem. It is an i phone 6 with OS 8.02
