Nov 2, 2015 11:08 AM in response to dickheinzby Helpmebeforeiscream,I'm fighting with a Chase card, Amex & BofA. Just got off the phone with Chase who suggested I reboot the phone (ugh) & try again. She verified that the card was on the good list, but no luck. I have a different Chase card that went through successfully the first time. Technology that doesn't work is aggravating. For this, I could just stick with Microsoft.

Feb 27, 2016 8:28 AM in response to miguel37801by aukuski03,I have this same issue with my SECU Maryland debit card. The problem is trying to find time to stop in the bank when they're open... Very frustrating.

Apr 1, 2016 10:04 AM in response to ronmcc4by mscarbecz,This same procedure worked for me (April, 2016), as that described by Ronmcc4. You just have to be patient and work with the First Tennessee reps over the phone. (They were very nice). The rep. said it was a continuing problem and they are working with Apple Pay to resolve. Guess they don't have it resolved yet!
